Customization request: Besides the original design by the artisan, customization request is welcomed for a quote. Please contact our customer service to discuss. If the custom order is accepted by the artisan, the full quote will be sent. Customized item is non-refundable.

Cancellation: For made-to-order item, free order cancellation can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. A 50% restocking fee will be charged if cancellation request is submitted beyond 24 hours after the order. However, shipping fee will be fully refunded.
